Meet Kristen Thomas
Hey ya'll! My name is Kristen and I am glad to see you are here. I'm happily married, have two active children, my southern roots are deep and I bleed Clemson orange. I have always enjoyed being active from competitive cheer to now lifting weights in my home gym. However, my nutrition wasn't always in alignment with my goals, which led to unhealthy habits and a poor relationship with food. I knew I wanted to change the narrative when I became a mom, creating healthier habits for myself and my family. I became certified in Precision Nutrition learning more about sustainable nutrition and then continuing my education becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. My goal is to help others--from fork to fitness--kickstart their nutrition+fitness journey!
